Quality Records and Buyer Verification
See the historical documents exactly as supplied, understand their scope and expiration, and build a current verification checklist for the quoted product.

Start with the quoted model and revision
Quality control begins by identifying the exact container, every component, the responsible site and the approval record. Company-level history cannot replace this product identity.
| Control area | Questions to define | Evidence to retain |
|---|---|---|
| Identity | Is the model, revision and component list correct? | Drawing, approved sample and purchase specification |
| Appearance | What color, surface, print and defect limits apply? | Signed color standard and defect examples |
| Function | What fit, spray, dose, closure or roller behavior is required? | Test method and result record |
| Compatibility | How will the real formula interact with all contact components? | Brand-owned stability and compatibility results |
| Packing | How are units protected, counted, labeled and released? | Pack-out standard, carton data and shipment record |

Do not use these records as current approval
Both certificates are historical and expired. They do not establish current certification, and their scope must not be extended to all glass bottles, accessories or outsourced processes. Request current valid files directly for supplier qualification.
Certificate and quality questions
Use the document date, issuer, scope and current validity together. A certificate title alone is not enough.
Why are expired records shown?
They are part of the supplied company history and define a past audited scope. Clear status labeling prevents them from being mistaken for current approval.
Do the records cover glass perfume bottles?
The recorded scope names aluminum bottles and injection-molded parts, not every glass product family. Current sourcing and quality evidence must be requested for the selected glass model.
What should a buyer request now?
Ask for current valid certificates, scope pages, issuing-body information, production-site details and any product-specific declarations or tests required by the destination market.
Keep the document trail connected
Download the historical records with their status notes, then compare the certificate scope with the responsible production site and quoted model. A title or logo alone is not qualification evidence.
Add current quality requirements to the RFQ
State the current documents, sample tests, inspection method, approval references and pack-out evidence required for the exact order.
