Use an approval sequence that controls change
Begin with a standard or closest-available model sample. Confirm component function, then approve finish and artwork on the exact geometry. Record every accepted element before bulk production.
For color-sensitive projects, a screen reference alone is not enough. Use an agreed physical target and document acceptable variation under defined lighting.
Files that make an RFQ actionable
- Vector logo or print-ready artwork with placement notes.
- Physical color reference or recognized color code.
- Target product image clearly labeled as inspiration, not an exact specification.
- Expected quantity, destination and launch timing.
- Required certificates, declarations or test reports.
Decisions that remain project-specific
Tooling ownership, sample fees, MOQ, lead time, decoration tolerance, mold changes and packaging tests are not established by the supplied archive. They belong in the signed quotation and approval record.
