[ ] Liner, sealing disc, reeds or other accessories where applicable
[ ] Insert, carton, label and transit protection

3. FINISH AND ARTWORK
[ ] Color reference, opacity, gloss and surface direction
[ ] Print-ready artwork and placement notes
[ ] Decoration acceptance reference and durability requirement

4. COMMERCIAL AND LOGISTICS INPUTS
[ ] Estimated quantity by item, color and decoration
[ ] Destination and preferred commercial terms to discuss
[ ] Packing, carton, labeling and shipment-document questions

5. EVIDENCE AND APPROVAL
[ ] Current model drawing and complete component list
[ ] Formula-contact material information
[ ] Current valid certificates or declarations required for the market
[ ] Assembled sample, compatibility, function, leakage and transit plan
[ ] Signed approval sample, artwork, test method and packing record
